Nov 25, 2015 · AFAIK Google Chrome uses an SQLite file to save cookies in - C : \Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cookies in a db files. I.e., it is Not Cookies' Files stored on the hard drive but SQLite database files of the cookies which can be read by an SQLite Database Browser App.
