I have Iphone 4 , I see a 5 bar at reception, then my download speeds are ~ 0.3Mbs or lower on the avg. (if lucky I get to see 0.5 ) I called support they asked me to do *228, have done it, does not make a huge improvement. so when I start getting 0.01 then I do this and restart the phone and it gets better then I get 0.2Mbs yey 20fold
